Four New Jersey residents were involved in a serious rollover crash in Warwick, New York, last Saturday. The incident happened not long before 7:28 p.m., when police received news of the crash on Nov. 4. Tragically, two passengers died in the crash. The driver and another passenger suffered catastrophic injuries that required hospital care.

According to police officers who arrived at the accident scene, they found a BMW convertible on its side at the crash site. They also found two female passengers — a 36-year-old and a 30-year-old — who had been ejected from the vehicle. Tragically, emergency responders were unable to save the women and they were pronounced dead at the collision site.

The male driver of the BMW survived the crash, as did a male passenger. The driver needed to be extricated by the fire department and flown to a nearby medical center. The surviving male passenger was transported by ambulance to a different medical facility.

According to reports, it’s not clear why the driver lost control. The top was down at the time of the crash, the weather conditions were optimal and the road was dry. At this time, local law enforcement are investigating the crash to determine what may have happened.

Having lost their loved ones in this fatal accident, family members of the deceased will certainly want to know want answers in this case. Not only will family members psychologically benefit from knowing why their loved ones died, but they may also be able to use information from the accident investigation to support a wrongful death claim for financial compensation.
